- **Subsidy**: The government provides an annual subsidy of approximately ₹500 crore, with the scheme's implementation costing around ₹600 crore.
### Eligibility
- **Income Limit**: Families with an annual income of less than ₹1 lakh.
- **Residency**: Beneficiaries must be residents of Haryana.
- **Required Documents**: Family Identity Certificate (Parivar Pehchan Patra), Antyodaya Card, Aadhaar Card, income certificate, and domicile certificate.
### Application Process
1. **Online Application**: Visit the official Haryana Transport Department website and fill out the application form.
2. **Verification**: Enter your Family Identity Certificate number and verify via OTP.
3. **Documentation**: Provide required documents and personal information.
4. **Fee Payment**: Pay a nominal fee of ₹50 for the card.
5. **Card Collection**: After application processing, collect the card from the nearest Roadways depot within 15 days.

- Go to the official website - Click Here
- Click on the Apply Happy Card Scheme 2024 option given on the home page.
- Now fill the family identity card number, fill the captcha code.
- Click on the Send OTP to Verify button.
- After verifying the OTP, the information of the family members will appear in front of you.
- Now select the member for whom you want to apply for Happy Card.
- Now fill the mobile number, fill the Aadhar card number.
- Fill the captcha code and click on Send OTP.
- Now OTP will come on the number linked to Aadhar, fill it and verify it.
- Now click on Apply.
- In this way you can apply for Happy Card.
- After 15 days of applying, you can go to your nearest roadways office and get the Happy Card.
